fuck, that's shitty man. I've had an AC separation on both of my shoulders and one wasn't really that bad. unfortunately, the right shoulder did require the Dr. to cut the end of my collar bone off to ease the arthritis. Definitely pursue physical therapy, it worked for my left side. On a positive note, I'm doing great now and really don't even think about them. Good luck man!
